Traveling with a group?  It’s hard to find the perfect house for EVERYONE until you’ve found Adventure Landing your Bella Vista vacation home with something for everyone! Bikers, Families with Children of All Ages, Friends Groups...everyone feels right at home and entertained at Adventure Landing.  Wake up each morning and enjoy peace and quiet looking out over the lake from one of two back decks or out on one of our Adirondack Chairs in the yard.  Don’t be surprised if your 20-minute coffee break turns into 2 hours as you completely decompress and relax.  It’s our favorite way to start our day and will soon be yours too.  

 

Once you get moving and decide to start your day, you’ll love how close you are to the mountain biking trails (literally across the street), the golf courses (5 minutes), and downtown Bentonville (15 minutes).  Be sure to ask us about our favorite waterfall hike just down the street as well!  It’s a Bella Vista favorite any time of the year. And let's not forget that you have private lake access on beautiful Lake Windsor with an optional boat rental too! Lake Windsor is a stocked lake and provides good bass, catfish, crappie, and other types of fishing for our angler guests!

 

FOR YOU MTB LOVERS… The house is complete with a bike wash station, a secure indoor bike storage area, and a bike repair and maintenance stand– it’s a ride-in, ride-out setup with enough space to store up to 12 bikes.  Adventure Landing sits on the Tunnel Vision Trail just a mile ride to Huntley's Gravity Zone, is conveniently located to Coler Trailheads, and Slaughter Pen as well! You're less than 15 minutes to every trail your shredder-self wants to conquer!

 

At the end of the day, visit one of the local restaurants down the street or cook in our well-appointed kitchen.  Send the kids or the kids at heart downstairs to the Kids' Den complete with a wall-sized chalkboard for all their artwork and games, meet in the yard for a game of Ladder Golf or Corn Hole, pour a drink, and gather on the back deck to share stories, laugh, and create lifelong memories.  Keep the fun coming and enjoy an evening playing board games or relaxing in the hot tub.  With 2 living rooms and plenty of space to spread out, you’ll never be forced to all agree– so you do you and just have fun.  No matter what, you’ll never be at a loss of things to do when you stay at our Adventure Landing home.

 

Ready to call it a night? Retire to your choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms.  (1) A King-size bedroom complete with plush bedding and linens, an en suite bathroom with a SPA-LIKE jetted shower, SMART TV, and private deck access (2) A cozy King-size bedroom with a soaking tub as well as a SPA-LIKE jetted shower and SMART TV (3) A lower level King-sized bedroom with luscious linens and bedding and an additional sitting area with a pull out sleeper sofa and SMART TV (4) our Kids' Den complete with 2 bunk beds that have full-size beds on the lower level and twin size beds on top, fun bean bag chairs, and a wall-sized chalkboard.  Rest well because every day provides great opportunities to adventure, explore, and relax some more.

★Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guests' name to be able to use any city amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, etc. There is a NO fee associated with this and it must be taken care of PRIOR to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on the weekends and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message usservices team with this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay.

 

 

Guest access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
